Carla Dantas

  • Carla is one of the co-founders of CLV Lawyers.

    She has over ten years of legal experience in the fields of corporate, commercial, international, and civil law.

    At CLV, Carla works with corporate, start-up, real estate, and migration legal matters.

    She has helped clients with their investments, corporate structures, business ventures, and relocation to Portugal. Some of her clients include companies in the tech, digital marketing, media production, consultancy, hospitality, and sports sectors. Her clients are also from various nationalities, such as the U.S, U.K, Sweden, Israel, South Africa, and Brazil.

    Before founding CLV, she was the managing partner of a law firm for over four years.

Felipe Sandrini Pereira

  • Felipe is one of the co-founders of CLV Lawyers.

    Felipe has over 8 years of professional experience in the legal industry, in particular in the areas of intellectual property, commercial law, data, and technology.

    Before co-founding CLV , Felipe worked for a U.S law firm and top-tier Australian law firms in Sydney (Australia) where he worked on behalf of a wide range of clients from the technological, food and beverage, entertainment, medical and sports sectors, including clients of the Silicon Valley listed in the top 4 Fortune 500. His work included trademark enforcement, trademark prosecution, commercialization of intellectual property rights, and data protection.

    At CLV, Felipe has been advising clients of the sports, media, hospitality, and blockchain sectors on their, commercial, intellectual property, and data protection matters. He also helps clients in their relocation to Portugal and obtaining their Portuguese nationality.

Heloise Lima

  • Heloise is the Legal Secretary of CLV Lawyers.

    She has over thirty years of experience working in Portuguese Law firms and multinational corporations (MetLife, Publicis Group, Grundig and Crédit Lyonnais).

    At CLV, Heloise works as a remote legal secretary and provides support in a wide range of administrative and financial tasks.

    Since 2018, she has also been managing her own business.

Filipe Küster

  • Filipe is the Product Legal Designer at CLV Lawyers.

    He has over 15 years of experience in the legal sector. He is both a lawyer and international relations professional. Along his career, Filipe has been advising medium to large-sized corporate law firms in Brazil and Portugal in their strategic design as well as project and product management.

    At CLV he is responsible for creating client service journeys, identifying areas of improvement, and developing growth strategies for the law firm.
